A.L.M. Legal & Business Services, L.L.C. was founded in 2003. The firm advises and counsels technology and value-added agriculture clients on all aspects of business creation and development. Headquartered in Hartsburg, Missouri, the firm works with start-up and existing companies across the nation. Specific projects include ethanol plants, biodiesel plants, rice mills, and value-added agriculture product assessments. The firm prepares business plans, feasibility analyses and studies, marketing plans, grant applications, and legal documents. Our associates are also able to deliver governmental relations and policy development assistance to businesses and non-profit organizations.
